We live with our first lines of defense, our dog – a very keen chihuahua/Italian greyhound mix, named Pepino and our black cat, Nimue. We train with Pepino often by patrolling the beaches in our area looking for evidence of the Terminators, and Nimue keeps watch at home, looking for signs of invasion. Both have tactics of their own. Pepino has an uncanny sense of smell, enjoys tracking and is a very keen ankle biter. Nimue has very sharp nails, and isn’t afraid to use them.
